I'm sorry to read that you threw away your quit. It is something that I did many times before I made it to my lifetime sticky quit. One thing that made the difference for me was to participate on an active quit smoking forum. the one I participated on went belly up but there is another active forum at quittrain.com

quitting is tough but doable. Just dust yourself off and get back on the wagon. Accept that you are an addict and that there is no such thing as just one puff or just one cigarette. That is a lie of the addiction. You are an addict not a lousy person.
