My insurance is weird and pays random amounts at random times so I pay my T only after my insurance has processed the claim. Recently, my T had some issues with billing (on her side). She said she might just have to give me a superbill but I don’t know what that is. Does that mean I’d submit the claim to the insurance myself? I could ask, but I’m really shy about asking about insurance and money things. I tell myself I’m supposed to know this stuff....
