For me it has been 3,5 years. Time flies. Scars don't. Every day I still regret that I did it. It's not as bad as I've seen on other people. Most of the scars are on locations that are standard covered by clothing. So no one knows, no one sees. Except for when I go swimming I guess. But that's not very often. And if someone asks (and no one ever does) I just say they are stretch marks.

I hope I never do it again. It's not something you can stop at once. I tried many times and at some point I succeeded (for 3,5 years, which for me is long).
