I underwent about 25 treatments of Bilateral ECT. The long term memory loss is getting much better but my short term memory is shot between ECT and aggressive drug usage. However I think the ECT did most of the damage.

This being said,
ECT drastically improved my quality of life even with the memory loss is a factor. It’s not for everybody but it worked for me.

No problems with anesthesia.
