Currntly on pip recently received the reassessment form.

I’m getting letters and there’s not many changes so will get a little help with form...

They ask for phone number but I don’t get my phone especially if it’s a withheld number I struggle with phone calls,

Anyone any guidance ..do I have to put my number ...
