I've had 3 hearings in the past 9 years and the range has been 2 weeks (which we know he had written before the hearing) to between 30 - 60 days. My hearings were in southeastern IN, though I live in western KY. We've filed blatant bias (against mental illness cases) with the SSA Division of Quality Services.
