Hi all.

I have this question; when is it at the point where going to the ER for an anxiety/panic episode is warranted? I know that if I feel bad enough, then it is obviously a good idea, but I mean in terms of bad enough that the staff will take it seriously?

I know the level of depression that means I should go to the ER, but what about anxiety?
I had an episode last week in which I was anxious to the point of my reasoning being extremely impaired, you know? Sort of a point of no return in which not much would be able to calm down.

I assume you'd go to the ER and they'd give you an injection to calm you down.
