Seems extremely religiously loaded and judgemental, I would not be at all happy if my therapist recommended this for me. Personally having read each of these steps they seem more like indoctrination than therapy and potentially damaging. |
Carmina it's a 12 step program that originated with AA. Your higher power could be blade of grass. It doesn't really matter.
