I took some odd pride in this which I find baffling and quite sad. I've really struggled with this concept but am finding solutions that work better for me.

Thanks, I think I’m going to talk to my doctor about getting off lamictal and risperdal. I understand the purpose of the other ones but those two seem redundant. Lamictal is messing with my liver and risperdal is causing weight gain. Hopefully he’ll be with the plan...
