Like all APs your probably going to get one side effect or another. Personally, I have not experienced severe weight gain if any on this med. It is hard to lose but I try to eat healthy.

This med makes me groggy in the morning and tired most the day. I have slight tremor in my hand occasionally on higher doses.

The sleep is great. I just wish I felt more awake during the day.

And I haven't had any delusions for a long time.
