Hi all,

The amount of sugar that I consume is, well, over the top. As in...all day long. I'm really fit and my height and weight are proportionate. I have a Body Mass Index of 23 but I am a sugar junkie.

Yesterday, I had only one sugary snack. Today I am trying to make it through the entire day with none.

Anyone else kicking this habit?
