I completed a 6-week TMS course of treatment in late July 2018. I did not have any major side effects. My mood was a bit up and down for the first few weeks of treatment but nothing radical. I did notice very vivid dreaming and some difficult getting to bed (not to sleep) at night due to not feeling tired. So I'd say up reading for an extra hour or two beyond my normal bedtime. But no significant side effects for me. I'm sure it varies from person to person.
