I am looking forward to October 11th,I am starting an eight week beginners yoga course.The teacher is really encouraging despite my many chronic illnesses.I have bought a sports bra and new gym clothes for the occasion.

Also on the same day I am going to see comedian Dara O Briain at the theatre for his stand up show.I don't know if any of you have heard of him in the US.

I will have another yoga class the following week and another theatre trip to see the cast of Benidorm perform a play based on the TV series.Brilliant looking forward to both of these weeks!Awesome!
