not peachy. It is not sunshiney. It just sucks. But I think that even in our pain, we can take care of ourselves. I see you doing compassionate (and what look to me, like empowering things) for yourself and others. You post lots of supportive messages to others here. And you reach out for help. That can be hard to do for some people. Do you mind me recommending you a book? Self Compassion by Kristin Neff? It is a book I like a lot. There's also Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach. Reading some of this has brought myself peace. Some of the things these authors talk about, are also in the realm of self forgiveness.
