Today was kind of a weird day in terms of healthy eating. I made a veggie pizza, but it's not very good. It was my first time using pizza dough (I've always used pizza shells / pre-made crusts) and I used too much of it and the crust rose and didn't cook enough either. Lesson learned. I also bought chinese, and think I had a reaction to it. It was kind of scary. I took 2 benedryll and feel better. I don't have much energy to peel carrots right now. I am sort of beating myself up. I truly do not like that I have gained about 20 lbs since last year. Maybe it's not the worst thing. I know its not.
