I track everything I eat to record calories and macros. I lost down to a healthy weight/BMI (24.4) and I am scared of gaining it back, I have maintained it almost 7 months after losing over 65 pounds. Healthy is what fits in my daily goal. I do eat a lot of chicken and fish as I gave up eating mammals for moral reasons. I have some snacks that many people don't consider healthy, but the are for me because I don't overdo it.
