I have been married 63 years...almost 64....
my marriage causes me the most stress...
I am very sensitive to anything my wife is saying...
i see my wife as being very critical ....
she is frequently making statements about me...
and mostly i perceive these as critical...

just this last year i have been speaking up...
i feel much better about myself...
