Hi Cookie, the first thing I had to do for my binge eating was not to have the binge food in the house. I don't buy them anymore. I became diabetic from my incorrect eating habits and so am on a diabetic lifestyle change now. It really helped me to see a professional about how to eat, what to eat and how much. I suggest a dietician. I eat low carbs, low fat, lots of veggies that I cut up and keep in storage bags in the frig. I really need to exercise but am in so much pain when I do that I stop. I will try to get back to it by easing into it with youtube beginner's exercise videos which I have used before and found helpful. I hope this helps.
