I was told there was a 2 year wait for public group DBT therapy and they take cases based on severity so you might wait longer.

I opted for private and its $200/week. Worth every penny and better than any therapy I've had before.

If you have a chance to do it, do. There is also a book I think called Borderline Personality Disorder Tool Box. It has reading and activities. My therapist said its the exact same things they teach in group.
