Sometimes setting short term goals is beneficial. And rewarding yourself. Like if you do this one report, you buy yourself ice cream or something like that.

In a long run not every job is for everyone. There are many jobs that I wouldn’t want to do for any kind of money and there are many people who’d not do what I do for any money in the world. And sometimes one doesn’t know it until they try. You tried. So after a year you move on on something more suitable but until then just focus on small goals and positives: salary and health benefits etc. you can do it!!!
