I was still 154 today. I had a cheat day today. I went out to lunch and got some frozen custard and I had a mug of mint hot chocolate with milk. I wasn’t very hungry for dinner.
I have my meals planned out for tomorrow. It will be around 1200 calories. I bought something called an açaí bowl. Does anyone know what that is? It sounds good. You heat it up according to the directions. It seems like some sort of sweet thing but only 210 calories for a decent size serving.
