I lost 30 lbs one summer on wt watchers w no exercise. You have to like vegetables and I do. I skipped the meetings. Plant based diets are very good for yr health and supposedly they prevent Alzheimer’s, so I’m going to try. The problem is that veggies don’t keep that long in the frig and I don’t want to spend all my prep time chopping. So lazy am I!
Have you tried a medically supervised diet ? They often use liquid diets like smoothies, at least at first. They are very strict.
