Hey, thank you so much! I see a therapist but it doesn't seem to be working too much. She sees progress that I fail to recognize, I just don't believe I've made it. That said, I'll be reading those articles. I've just received a self-help book called "Getting Back to Happy". I've already found a few strategies I could put into practice.
