No matter what, depression sets in and then I start to use more, even when I try to quit. I need some support, someone to talk to. I guess I have to admit I can't do this alone, like I have tried to do. Between the break up and the sui thoughts, it's just too much. I have an appointment with my t next week. Will it be soon enough?? I turned to food today and then to porn. Nothing is helping and it's interfering with everything! I start my next semester on Thursday, yep that's right Thanksgiving. I'm freaking out!!!!
