I am not going to say it’s easy to stop, but, there are ways to help drown out your negative chatter. I’m in therapy n this is something that I’m now working through.Therapy would be, imho, the best way to help you with breaking the cycle, or atleast, reducing it...is therapy something you’d consider? Please be gentle with yourself n come update us xx
