Thanks for this. I do spend a lot of time online - but frankly I suspect it is not very healthy. Maybe a lot of people are doing this. For instance, if I go out to a coffee shop everyone is sitting alone but glued to their electronic device. It is kind of sad. People are walking around with earbuds in their ears talking aloud into thin air, it appears. Okay, maybe I am the weird one but it distresses me. I don't carry my phone everywhere I go because I refuse to be addicted that way...and I don't bring my laptop to coffee shops. For God's Sake....I do remember when people used to talk to one another at bus stops, in coffee shops etc. I know it is "the norm" for people to be constantly glued to their electronic devices but I am beginning to find it very, very creepy.
