6)read news online - yes
7)breathing exercises -
8)give food to cats -
9)shower -
10)walk(slow pace): 20min + 20min -
11a)crunches -
11b)squats -
11c)climb stairs -
12)do the dishes -
13)go out - NO
14)clean house/ bedroom - NO
15)brush teeth after dinner -
16)take meds(9:30pm) -
17)go to bed by 11:30pm/12am
