Smile Re: Having Trouble Accepting New Form of Panic Attack

I'm sorry you are experiencing all of this difficulty. There's really not a lot I can say about your symptoms. Anxiety is something I've struggled with for many years. And over the course of those years I've had quite a few physical symptoms related to it. (I'll spare you the details.) So I know from personal experience anxiety certainly can cause physical symptoms. But whether or not the new symptoms you're experiencing are panic-attack-related or not is something I couldn't say.

One thing I do believe is that doctors don't always "get it right" any more than anyone else does. The doctor you saw could be wrong. So my thinking would be that if this continues to be a problem for you, either go back to the doctor you've already seen for further consultation or consider seeing another doctor, perhaps a specialist by referral from your GP. My best wishes to you...
