i was on 30, im now on 20. you're giving me some hope! abilify is the only thing i take. now, i think the 20 might be over-kill...im hoping to get on down to 10-15.

there's actually lots of people who go on with life, no more tranquilizers or anything. we just...dont know them, they're in society, just...living, after psych drugs.
