Don’t hesitate to offer your advises for surviving here but you can also vent all you need.

For me Christmas meetings and duties have been a real torture for a long time.
If I already see hard to socialise when I’m not forced to, this festivities are chilling. The fact that things get out of the rule, you don’t know what will go on, having to cope with all people even the ones you don’t get along with or you don’t know or even you see as a threaten.
Or let’s forget when you are sat next to that other shy person and you are mind get petrified without knowing what to talk about with that person you share a couple of words as much at work or university o wherever.

Luckily, I don’t have this urge for socialising as I used to have anymore. You know when someone is old enough, (s)he doesn’t have to try so badly to seem another “normal” person.
