I guess that is why they call me an old FART lol just a sense of humor here. If u need to talk I am here for u especially when u feel an episode coming on.I do know part of my problem to stems from a head injury I had years ago.
Thanks! Actually it's interesting you mention head injury. I bumped my head to go to sleep at night from a very early age until I finally broke myself of it as a teenager. I know it started very early in my life because I used to have a picture of myself when I was around 2 years old & I had a round bald spot just above my hairline in the middle of my forehead where I had worn the hair away. I've often wondered if part of my problem with explosive anger was the result of head trauma.
