Maybe you can talk to your doctor about weaning you off it. Don't stop it without checking with the doctor first, as I have heard withdrawals can be bad with benzos. You have to taper down slowly.

He wants me to keep taking it I did talk to him about it,he said a lot of people are addicted to it and take it when it is not needed.That is one reason why they dont dish it out so easily anymore.I use to be on Ativan but that stopped working.
