I have met all my goals for today. I feel relaxed and am satisfied.

- Try to be mindful during the different situations of the day
- 8:30 up
- Breakfast and Light bulb
- Make food for the hiking.
- Hiking with friends
- Dinner
- Rest (am always tired after the hikings)
