Split, I put on 50 pounds in 3 years drinkning craft beers and eating willy nilly.
It is very easy to do. 
I have taken off 14 pounds so far this time.
The most I have lost in a long time, I yo yo frequently. This is a fragile time for me as we leave on vacation in one week.
Not snacking and not drinking has made all the difference in the worls to my dieting and sticking to it.
And it is working!!!!!
