I'm in my 50s so it might be a little easier for me as I'm not so impulsive as to allow others to upset me anymore. I'm seasoned like fine wine and v wise with an old soul. The older I get the easier it is to stay away from people or circumstances that will upset me or make me rage.

I have accepted there are situations I have 0 control over, I can be calm and turn to rage quickly depending on the trigger. It doesn't take much to calm me down. A huge tight hug from someone who is calm and soothing is enough to turn my mood and state of mind around. I have go to ppl who know and have accepted my personality disorder, they know how to handle me, especially my hubby.

Having a disorder doesn't mean you are a bad person, it only means you need to surrender to people who will love you unconditionally and will never hurt you for acting out. If you surrender to people who dont understand you, they will grow to hate you fro lack of understanding.
