I got groceries delivered. The girl (to distinguish her from SD's the woman, or when its the guy ) got me humongous cans of chicken instead of the tiny ones i had on my list. She must be in cahoots with my GP who told me to watch the carbs. i will take it as the universe is trying to help me along in my new paradigm "I've got a new paradigm!"
