YOu should try the medication route. It worked for me many years ago. AND be sure to examine what you are telling yourself. IS it sensible or is it exaggerated, unrealistic, calling things terrible when they are only unpleasant. Are you telling self you shouldn't have problems? Why shouldn't you? are you somehow different than the rest of us? This is called RET Rational Emotive Therapy. It's not the total answer but it
