sometimes members put someone on ignore and in turn ask the person they are placing on ignore. the guideline is that those who have people on ignore not like or thank those on their ignore list and not post to those they have on their ignore list by way of other peoples posts.

does this follow through when someone has asked you to place them on your ignore list...

example if I ask john doe (fake user name here) to put me on ignore. Joe doe does as I ask him to.

so now John doe is on my ignore list, is john doe supposed to go to other members threads and post to me after they have asked to be on my ignore list and I did what they told me to do?

or does the ignore rule apply that says those on ignore list are not supposed to be posting to each other, not even in other members threads purposely bypassing the ignore list?
