I went way over on calories yesterday and didn't weigh this morning. I hope to keep it in check better today, get in a long cardio session tonight and weigh in the morning. I think I need to making cutting back on carbs/sugar a priority for the New Year. I don't think they cause any major health issue; they just aren't filling enough and seem to make me hungry for more a lot of the time.
