Hey,
So I have the exact same problems with food. I rarely eat because am hungry but eat because am stressed or just to feel nothing. It has become such a reflex to eat to make myself feel better that I don't know what to do. Am not overweight but I am gaining a little weight because I always eat when am not feeling well. Have you food a way to solve your problem because I desperately need help.
