There are 2 types on non-alcoholic wines and beers. Most of them, have .05% alcohol, which really is not going to affect you, and then there's those that are 0% alcohol. You just have to read the labels really carefully.
To be honest though, in my opinion, the non-alcoholic drinks really aren't worth it. They don't taste quite like the real thing, so you might be dissappointed. I stick with sparkling fruit juices.
