I’ll eat frozen zucchini and squash. I had some broccoli at Christmas. But I can’t remember the last time I had any fruit. I think it was sometime during the summer. Can not eating fruit cause diseases or other health problems? I have been feeling kind of sick lately and I can’t tell if it’s because of my moods and my depression or my diet.
