I have a problem with tension headaches and neck aches.

I've tried stretches, meditation, breathing exercises, lots of Advil, biofeedback, massage, chiropractic, baths... (not to mention therapy and the SSRI I'm on).

I'm trying acupuncture tomorrow actually, not because I'm super hopeful about it, but because it can't hurt to try.

Biofeedback and learning what I'm doing, physically, as a response to anxiety (to cause the headaches and neck pain) was somewhat helpful.

Stretching is always good. I also recommend getting a tennis ball and massaging your shoulders by leaning on the tennis ball on the wall, if that makes sense.

I was never hit in the head though. Have you had tests to make sure you don't have some physical reason for the headaches? That seems worthwhile in your case!
