Yes, I thought I'd add my two cents as well - sorry.
These thoughts & feelings will pass for the time being, Só leigheas, and just try to stick to your goals or obligations for the day, perhaps go for a walk [weather permitting] because I always find doing something physical - especially after a time of inactivity or mental torment - makes me feel a little more okay about myself. And on it goes...
Just get through each day doing your best and it'll be okay. It's all a test - a spiritual test. Quite illusory in some ways [imo].
