I find myself with the same dilemma Marilyn.
I know what I should be doing but I don't to it. I am wondering if my going to some local weight loss group might be the answer. Not so much for the weight loss but more for the accountability of being weighed and being with like minded people who are talking about healthy eating. Plus there is the social factor too. Then again there is the cost factor.
What are your thoughts on that Marilyn? Would you?
