Ive started keeping a journal. I hear voices 3/8s of the time. And I see things about 1/4 of the time.

And this isnt like- when I DO hear voices and see things- they are on and off. These are just the periods when these symptoms happen. Ill hear a voice. Then there will be a few minutes when I dont. And then Ill hear something else- music- or something. And then there will be nothing.

So really I maybe only experience like 10 minutes a day on average of active hallucinaitons.

I hope thats not as hard to understand as I fear it might be. And also. Im schizoaffective over schizophrenic- but definitely my symtpms are NOT all the time.
