I'm so sorry you're hurting, YoungSun24. I don't think there's anything weird with laughing at your own jokes or tickling yourself. I understand your concerns with the voices in your head, though. Does this happen often? If you're worried, perhaps you could talk to a doctor about this and see how it goes from there. Maybe that could help.
