Has anyone upped the dose of Lexapro from 10 to 20 mg and if so, did it help. I switched from Effexor xr 225 mg in Nov to Lexapro 10 mg. Did good for about a month and I can tell something's "off". That slimy pit is calling my name again and I've been there too many times.
