I can't really answer your question for you authoritatively. I'm not anything even close to a nutritionist. I take it at face value that it's important to eat vegetables & fruits... probably more-so vegetables than fruit. However, if you're concerned about the nutritional completeness of your diet, perhaps consider taking a multivitamin?
