I agree, check with your doctor.

But I'm on 40 mg of Lexapro. We've found that tends to be the best dose for me (although I've tried 60mg and 80mg but they didn't help me any more than 40). For me, going up on Lexapro was the best thing to keep out of that pit of depression.
